At Swagatam Clothing, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for requesting a return, exchange, or refund for products purchased through our website.

1. Return & Exchange Requests
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged subject to the terms mentioned in this policy.

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions regarding the return or exchange process.
2. Handling Fee
A ₹199 handling fee applies to all approved return and exchange requests.
This fee will be applicable regardless of whether the customer requests a return or an exchange.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
For such claims, customers are required to provide:
A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed condition.
Clear photographs of the product received.
Photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product.
Order number and relevant order details.
The unboxing video and photographs may be required for verification before a return, exchange, replacement, or refund is approved.
Without sufficient photographic/video evidence, we may not be able to process a claim for a damaged or incorrect product.
4. Refunds
Once a return is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable policy.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, the refund may be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as applicable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit.
The applicable ₹199 handling fee will be deducted from the refund/store credit where applicable.
5. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for an eligible product, subject to product availability and approval by Swagatam Clothing.
A ₹199 handling fee applies to approved exchanges.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative resolution or store credit, as applicable.
6. Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Since these products are prepared specifically according to the customer's requirements, return or exchange requests will not be accepted unless the product received is damaged or incorrect and the claim is supported by the required unboxing video and photographs.
7. Product Condition for Returns
Products approved for return or exchange must be returned in the condition specified by our customer support team.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required original packaging/accessories may not qualify for a return or exchange.
8. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Clearly mention whether you are requesting a return or exchange.
For damaged or incorrect products, attach the required unboxing video and clear photographs.
Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our team.
Follow the return instructions provided by Swagatam Clothing.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the applicable exchange or refund will be processed.
9. Important Note
Submitting a return or exchange request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request is subject to verification and compliance with this policy.
Swagatam Clothing reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the applicable return, exchange, product-condition, or verification requirements.
