Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a return. We recommend handling sarees carefully while trying them to maintain their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include customized or altered sarees, clearance or sale items, and any products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery. Please review product details carefully before placing your order to avoid inconvenience.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original method of payment used during the purchase.

Refunds for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds cannot be processed to cash. Instead, the refund amount will be transferred securely via bank transfer or UPI. You may be required to provide accurate bank or UPI details to facilitate the refund process.

Return Shipping

In most cases, customers are responsible for bearing the return shipping charges. However, if you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will arrange a return pickup or reimburse the shipping cost, as applicable. Damaged or Incorrect Products
